At Amazing Kids Clinic, we are dedicated in protecting personal information and maintaining the privacy of our clients, staff members, employees, volunteers and everyone involved with us. Personal information is described as factual or nonobjective information (whether recorded or not) that is not publicly available about an identifiable individual. Personal information may therefore contain name, age, residential address, phone number, ethnicity, nationality, blood type, health care history, and physical and mental health information. We ensure that this personal information is not being transferred inappropriately inside or outside of the Amazing Kids Clinic.

Personal information that is submitted by our clients in person, via the telephone or our website to Amazing Kids Clinic is done in trust and will remain confidential. The collection of personal information by the Amazing Kids Clinic is intended only for the use it is supposed to serve. Within the clinic, the circulation of personal information is permitted only for reasons necessary for our clients to receive the services and programs offered by the Amazing Kids Clinic. Under no exceptions or circumstances will Amazing Kids Clinic share any of our clients’ personal information to a third party without the clients’ appropriate consent. Therefore, our clients can expect that any personal information provided to Amazing Kids Clinic will be used appropriately.
